Yasir Ahmadi
Operations Manager
In 2016, Yasir embarked on his journey with ABCS as a Technology Specialist. He progressed quickly through the ranks and now assumes the role of overseeing the company's entire operations. Yasir's knowledge and expertise have played a pivotal role in the development and growth of ProsperLMS. Yet, he is quick to acknowledge that this achievement would not have been possible without the diligent efforts and unwavering commitment of an exceptional team of software developers, technical support representatives, and administrative staff.
Ann Whalen
Managing Partner/Director
Learning Division
Ann is one of four founding partners with ABCS Safety Training. Ann began designing and delivering courses for adult learners through government programs in 1997. Ann led a team of course writers in developing ABCS safety training courses and programs that were approved/accredited by multiple accrediting bodies. She continues to enjoy backing-up the ABCS team in brainstorming storyboards, providing creative content, and oversight.
Brett McCumber

Information Technology Division
Brett is also one of the four founding partners of ABCS Safety Training. Brett immediately put his education to use by developing and implementing a database driven website, ensuring ABCS had complete and accurate record keeping of their safety training records. As time went on, he helped hire and manage a team of IT professionals which fostered the continuous growth and development of integrating instructor management, scheduling, blended learning, eLearning and online proctoring into the platform known today as ProsperLMS.
Clyde Whalen
Managing Partner/Director
Training Division
Prior to co-founding ABCS in 2006, Clyde started his training career delivering industrial safety training courses to multiple contract companies. After co-founding ABCS, Clyde put those years of experience teaching adult learners to use in developing courses that became recognized as the best in industry. He was a lead trainer and course developer as ABCS secured its position and recognition as the largest OSSA accredited training provider. Along with providing operations guidance and oversight, Clyde continues to actively participate in creative aspects of course development and marketing.
David Whalen
Managing Partner/Director
Learning Division
David came to ABCS in 2008 with 10 plus years of college teaching experience and 15 plus years of direct industry experience. David contributed technical support and real-world content that students could put into daily practice on the job. David is also an illustrator and enjoys providing creative artistic content.
